Upon termination of your Account for breach of these Terms & Conditions, any Bonus Balance and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to bingo365.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting bingo365 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, subject to the completion of any pending transactions.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of resolving any such dispute.
